My mum was diagnosed with dementia with lewy bodies (DLB) in 2020. Mum was having hallucinations, had started to forget things e.g. her home address and she was really struggling with her mobility. She was referred to a local memory clinic and a geriatric consultant. Mum also had an MRI scan along with blood tests.
