Advocates for women's gynaecological health issues. Their website includes a wealth of support including some very informative webinars. I was a guest speaker at a Wellbeing of Women webinar on women's health at work.

Fertility Network UK offers support to those considering moving on from their treatment journey.
IVF Babble also provide useful fertility advice and stories. Also, sign up to their Pineapple app if you'd like to connect with a TTC buddy. They might be doing a cycle at the same time as you.

A website providing useful information and support for dementia sufferers, their families and carers.
A really useful website with tips for dementia sufferers who have Posterior cortical atrophy (PCA) e.g. problems with their sight.
Dementia UK provide useful info but you can also request support from an Admiral nurse in your area (if applicable).
Rare Dementia Support can help provide info e.g. on Lewy Body Dementia. They are partnered with University College London and have given me a lot of emotional support with my mum's journey.
Mind can provide mental health support, especially if you're caring for someone.
