A really useful site from the Endometriosis UK charity which includes info about endometriosis, local support groups and research activities.

The UK's leading gynaecology cancer charity, raising awareness and funding research.

Advocates for women's gynaecological health issues. Their website includes a wealth of support including some very informative webinars. I was a guest speaker at a Wellbeing of Women webinar on women's health at work.

Help finding a BSGE (The British Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy) registered endometriosis consultant.

Founded by the lovely Dawn Heels. I met Dawn last year when I was going through my own challenging journey. The Guidance Suite provide support and guidance for women with fibroids and other womb issues.

Menstrual Health Project is run by two best friends who have extensive experience with the pain of menstrual health conditions. Not only are they advocating for better care but they also educate. I have met Gabz, and she is lovely!

Founded by the lovely Neelam Heera. Cysters is an inclusive space and supports individuals dealing with menstrual, maternal and mental health issues.

Her Vitality Project was created by the lovely Amber to bring together others who have Adenomyosis, and other gynae issues.

Fertility Network UK offers support to those considering moving on from their treatment journey.

IVF Babble also provide useful fertility advice and stories. Also, sign up to their Pineapple app if you'd like to connect with a TTC buddy. They might be doing a cycle at the same time as you.

HFEA (the Human Fertilisation & Embryology Authority) are the regulator for UK fertility providers/clinics. This website is really useful because you can compare the success rates of different clinics.

A website providing useful information and support for dementia sufferers, their families and carers.

A really useful website with tips for dementia sufferers who have Posterior cortical atrophy (PCA) e.g. problems with their sight.

Dementia UK provide useful info but you can also request support from an Admiral nurse in your area (if applicable).

Rare Dementia Support can help provide info e.g. on Lewy Body Dementia. They are partnered with University College London and have given me a lot of emotional support with my mum's journey.
