Hospital packing list

I have a checklist of items that I take to the hospital with me:

• Comfortable loose clothing and shoes for when you leave the hospital.

• Any medication you would normally take

• Dressing gown

• Slippers

• Toiletry bag - containing toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, some facial wipes.

• Spare night dress

• Phone charger

• Magazines/book - you could be waiting a while to go down to theatre
  

For the car journey home:

• A sick bag/bowl in case you feel nauseous
