Christmas can be a stressful time of year. This is a grounding technique that I've learnt in the past few months to distract myself when I'm feeling stressed. I hope it helps you too!
Focus on 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell and 1 thing you can taste.
