I agree, they sound confusing! Following my first consultant appointment, I had to do some more research as I had never heard of these conditions.
They are very similar uterine conditions, and with some help from the NHS website, I have collated their symptoms below:

Endometriosis is a condition where tissue similar to the lining of the womb starts to grow in other places, such as the ovaries and fallopian tubes. | Fibroids are non-cancerous growths that develop in or around the womb (uterus). | Adenomyosis is a condition where the tissue that normally lines the womb starts to grow within the muscular wall of the womb. |
Pelvic pain (usually worse during your period) | Heavy or painful periods | Heavy, painful or irregular periods |
